Earth Hour Dinner in the Dark

March 30, 7 - 10 p.m.

What is Earth Hour?

Earth Hour is a worldwide movement held annually encouraging individuals, communities, and businesses to turn off electric lights for one hour, from 8:30 to 9:30 pm on March 30 as a symbol of commitment to the planet.  Our ever-growing demand for food, water, and energy is changing the climate faster than predicted—and it comes at a cost for wildlife, wild places, and people everywhere.

Millions of people around the world will speak up for wildlife and forests and show support for rivers and oceans. And we’ll rally around crucial actions needed to curb climate change.

What is Earth Hour Dinner in the Dark?

This year we will celebrate Earth Hour with a special dining experience. Local chefs will prepare a spectacular meal using just live fire. Diners will eat by the sparkle of candlelight. The contemporary farm to fork menu will be sourced from less than 50 miles away to create an Earth friendly experience.

Disclaimer: This is not a regular plated dinner ordered off a menu. This will be a 3 hour dining experience of tasting and trying new things.
