Enjoy convenient, sustainably sourced, chef crafted vegan meals. Just take home and reheat!  All orders must be placed by Sunday at midnight, and will be available for pick up on Wednesday from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. at SALT Cafe.

Sunbutter Pad Thai: zucchini noodles, shredded red and green cabbage, spinach, green onion, carrot and red bell pepper tossed in a tangy sun butter sauce topped with cilantro and pepitas. $12

Luna Burger with oven baked sweet potato fries: Jackfruit and chickpea patty with pickled onions, tomato, lettuce and caper aioli on bun or Romaine leaves with twice baked sweet potato fries topped with nutritional yeast. $12

Red lentil chili: Earthy and protein rich chili with a smokey tomato base topped with chopped green onions and shredded carrots. $6

Rainbow rolls (2) with Ponzu: nori roll with brown rice, crunchy baked tofu, shredded rainbow vegetables served with ponzu, wasabi and pickled cucumber salad.
